I think I thought I was prepared for what baby number two would need,
Changing pad - this changing pad was one of our favorite with our daughter, and we are so sad that they stopped producing them. Luckily this one should hold up for another baby. I am planning to try out this changing pad soon.
Day dreamer. This has been my daughters favorite nap/eat/sleep/chill Place through the last 15 months. She even moves it around the living room so she can sit in it. Grace still loves her, it didn't seem to be Ezra's things.
Seventh generationdiapers and wipes. We tried a few different brands with our daughter and all gave her rashes or other issues. Seventh generation is by far our favorite brand and I also feel safe using them knowing how open they are about their ingredients compared to other "green" brands.
Swaddle / peanut / sleepsack. With our daughter we swaddles the first few days, she quickly learned how to escape the swaddle, so we changed to the peanut and it worked for a little while and she seemed to feel very safe in it. Ultimately we changed to sleep sacks and to this day she sleeps best wearing one of her sleep sacks. Given that Ezra is a summer baby we had to do things a little different sleep wise. He never fit the peanut, the swaddle he was not a fan of, but he seems to sleep amazing with a sleepsack. I am glad we have plenty in each size.
Moba - You can get it at their website or HERE at nordstrom. I simply love the look of a Moses basket, but I just didn't feel it was the safest choice for our little boy, so after some searching I found he MOBA. It's a modern Moses basket and I love it. Ezra slept so well in it the first few weeks. The only down side is it's not very long and at almost 24 inches he is already outgrowing it. The moba comes in a lot of different colors, and can fit most home decors.
Angel care bath tub - this one I purchased a little late, but I have only heard great stuff about it. So far I prefer it over other baby tubs. I also love how it's so easy to dry compared to other baby tubs and I don't have to worry about it getting moldy.
Colgate mattress - Ezra loved sleeping in his sisters crib from the start, so I knew we had to get him his own mattress. Then started the new search for a toxic free mattress that wouldn't break the bank. It took many hours of comparing prices vs quality to settle on this brand. It's a fairly hard mattress, so it's not bad or good, it just depends in the firmness your baby prefers.
Owlet monitor - I love this. So so much, it truly helps me sleep a little better.
Graco duo modes - double stroller. Oh I don't know how we survived without this stroller the first few weeks. I absolutely love it. It's so easy to move around with, it has so many options for use and can grow with our family. The only downside is that it's super heavy.
